Had to pay again for a drink i drop by accident that I didn’t even get to drink from and the second drink barely had any toppings compared to the first. Very disappointing!!

Underwhelming. Poor customer service, barely acknowledged I was there, tea was flat tasting and overall underwhelming. Maybe it was an off day because I’m not sure how their drinks or their service would be 5 stars. Would not stop here again. There is indoor seating but it did not feel welcoming overall.

I’ve had the most fantastic drink here once. Followed up the next three drinks with subpar, flavorless drinks and hard boba. the reason for the low rating truly is due to the inconsistency. I’ve ordered the same drink every time and it’s never been the same upon them making it.Looks pretty enough

Super fast and kind service. This location actually has seating and is a nice place to hangout. Just wish that they would play music. Matcha latte milk tea 50% sweetness. (10/10). Boba is nice and soft. Can't go wrong here.

First time stopping in here. Wish I would have stopped a long time ago when they opened. Great atmosphere and awesome service! The ladies working today were great! I had the Vietnamese coffee and my wife had the Mango/kumquat Boba tea. Her tea was amazing and I have never had Vietnamese coffee until now and WOW is all I can say. I will definitely be back every time I stop at Ka'makana Ali'i.

Very cute atmosphere. Good place to meet someone or hangout with friends. There's some board games you can play with while you enjoy your drink. Lots of drink options and so far everything I've tried was delicious. I like that you can control the sweetness. The service is good too. They also sell some local snack products.

Tea was good I'm glad they have vegan options but the workers act like they can't speak and have an attitude the two separate times I went in there. Weird energy but... good tea.

Great place to get boba tea. Workers are nice, prices are fair and the drinks are tasty. Kods love this place and there is some sort of spa thing located inside.

The baristas were kind but pretty sure they made the wrong order. I wasn't feeling assertive enough to correct the order. I ordered a Thai coffee and walked away with a very white concoction. Here was I texted a friend:"Welp guess they knew I didn't really need coffee just sugar milk with a splash of coffee. "Now looking through the menu it was probably the wrong drink so now coffee. Opp! Friends behind the counter double check please, I know how it can happen. Thanks.This is for the location at Kamakana Alii.
