I request for light ice for both drink and both drinks were full with ice. The person who made the drink can’t read the written request on the cup. Poor customer service. Never coming back to this location.

I ordered the iced sea foam coffee with the coffee jelly and it was super salty. I think they made the white foam they put in the drink super salty by accident because there’s no way thats how it supposed to taste. It was saltier than the ocean ? might as well call it The Dead Sea foam coffee. I asked them to remake it without the white foam but they forgot to add the coffee jelly. So disappointing!

Bad customer service made the wrong coffee had a stone face look not a smile on there faces I ask for cream in my coffee she didn’t respond I ask again she reluctantly gave me half and half .

Great selection of tea drinks. Service can be a little slow when they're busy. They give you a buzzer to notify you when your drink is ready. No indoor seating. One unisex restroom.
Parking: Located at the mall. Free parking.

Tea terribly watered down, felt like a glass of ice water plus a table spoon of flavor. I seriously think it was the weakest non-water beverage I've ever paid for. Other member of our party asked for reduced sugar (not flavor), yet they received a tooth-killing sugar-bomb. The other place in the mall across the street has other issues. I think we'll just stop into Foodland for a 6 pack of coconut waters for the family when / if we hang here.
