I wanted to love this based on reviews and lines outside, but it was a major bust. From the moment I walked in, the young girl working the store was rude and angry. I should have just walked out, but I really wanted an iced coffee. I asked what was in the caramel foam and if it was sweet and she scoffed at me for asking anything. After ordering, I got sticky cups with caramel and foam on the side. It was a mess. The caramel was covered in salty foam and just absolutely awful tasting. It was the saltiest coffee ever. The mocha was just plain chocolate and no real coffee taste. For $14 for 2 coffees, I felt ripped off and didn't even drink it all. I barely made it through half of the caramel, but I really needed caffeine. My husband put more coffee from our hotel in his. This just was a waste of money with the gross drinks and piss poor attitude from the staff.

Honestly the drinks are great; unfortunately, the customer service is the worse. The interactions with the workers was never pleasant. Yes I get it, workers are young and inexperienced, management should implement that good customer services goes a long ways. No smile, tone of voice RUDE! Overall facial expression is deemed to be a difficult person. They should be more friendly for the boba drink is expensive

The workers seem so bored when taking orders. The couple times I've been here no one really smiles. One lady said welcome but not too much enthusiasm. Got the avocado smoothie with boba and it tasted pretty good. From order till me getting it took about 15 minutes which took a little while with a line. I love teapresso when I worked in town but don't know if it's worth the price when there are other boba places in ewa and Kapolei.

Ok first off I walked in and no greeting like how can I help you today almost close to closing time. I get it both might be tired but that shouldn't weight on how you folks greet customers. Really downer when both are in a mood. I said thank you after my second drink was given but not even a word of thanks for coming in. It's the holidays but wow talk about customer appreciation for coming out in the rain and not even thank you for coming please visit again. Uggh I might as well go to the other teapresso in the housing area they're always appreciative and happy to see customers

I was at Ka Makana Ali'i and needed something to drink on a hot day. I saw Teapresso Bar next to Foodland and it was perfect. We walked in and the workers greeted us. We looked over the menu and decided on the mango lychee lemonade. Hey, you can't go wrong with mango and lychee right?It was yummy and definitely quenched my thirst. It wasn't too sweet or too tart. Did I mention it was my first time here. I tried to navigate the menu but it was too much and I settled for a Honey Lemon Green Tea with added boba $7.85 - NOT worth it at allThere is no seating inside of the establishment however right outside there is seating with lovely various waterfalls

I like their products and drinks, but how about at least a hello, hi, welcome or at least a smile? Sistah at the register just staring at us making it awkward. I said sorry because big menu, not used to it and only been here a few times. Good drinks but no more aloha. I still tipped, too.

Cheers to your birthday Mom!This is where I got my love of tea though I've introduced her the wide varieTEAS we now are so lucky to have and Teapresso Bar lately has been a favorite of mine.Where do I begin the reasons I love Teapresso Bar...- Their brew to order tea using leaves not powder- Dozen of tea leaves to choose from- Not this location but others close late enough to get our sips- Having the option for a sugar free tea- Amazing dairy options- Tea, Smootie, Frappe, Lemonade, Hot/Iced Coffee but what I really love is to build your own tea since I do love mine usually simple but the menu is just incredible it's amazing how this little place makes all this magic happen.After a fairly good shopping around Kamakana Ali'i this outdoor mall does get it's share of sun and we were just ready and not wanting to sit with the crowds we went to the back side area at the Grove here there's so much seating with water fountains providing soothing sounds we both ended up putting our feet up and just chill and that's just priceless.Thank you!

I request for light ice for both drink and both drinks were full with ice. The person who made the drink can’t read the written request on the cup. Poor customer service. Never coming back to this location.

I ordered the iced sea foam coffee with the coffee jelly and it was super salty. I think they made the white foam they put in the drink super salty by accident because there’s no way thats how it supposed to taste. It was saltier than the ocean ? might as well call it The Dead Sea foam coffee. I asked them to remake it without the white foam but they forgot to add the coffee jelly. So disappointing!
