Always a favorite restaurant.

I was craving cheesecake factory and ordered pasta carbonara with chicken but it is so disappointing. The dish was bland. The sauce is not creamy and cheesy. There were some other pasta in it so it looks like it’s recycled pasta water. It’s making me think that maybe cheesecake factory’s standard is going downhill. So disappointing given that I haven’t had this for a while.

Very busy but great

We got the mortadella panino, cheeseburger egg rolls, pepperoni flatbread, mushroom Swiss burgers, chicken Alfredo, and a whole celebration cheesecake to take home. Everything was good. Our server was super nice and helpful and not even annoyed at how indecisive I was. There's like 10,000 things on the menu, it makes your head spin. I love the absurd amount of options though. I think, in the future, I'll study the menu online the week before we go to dinner. Like prepping for finals. I'll be ready next time.

Most the menu was sold out, waited beyond making our reservation useless...shoved on the outskirts and bad foot traffic jam, old bread found under our table, the female bathroom smelled and the 3rd stall had flooding all around the toilet like a broken leaking line, our family of 4's ticket some how was split into 2 checks and half the food sat around and lost, when arrived fries/ sides cold, we had to remind the waiter about our appetizer which should have come out first at least, overall overpriced, awful experience. Never wasting my time again. The whole place was dirty and unkept.

We went here for an early Mother's Day lunch. Thankfully, we're reward members and had a 12:30 pm reservation. It was quite crowded, and people were waiting to get a table or booth.
We were seated within 5 minutes after checking in and taken to a nice booth for 2.
Sage was our waiter and brought us our drinks after being seated. We decided on a grilled chicken club sandwich, lettuce wrapped chicken tacos, and a Tuscan chicken and vegetable dish without tomatoes or farro.
The lettuce wraps were delicious along with the grilled chicken club sandwich. I should have had them make the mixed veggies with quinoa since I only was served 3 asparagus spears, a few capers, some artichoke leaves, and 3 pieces of chicken in a bowl. The chicken tasted good also, I just was hoping for more veggies.
We also ordered a cosmo martini, which tasted very good also.
Love going to cheesecake factory, I'll just need to be more specific with my Tuscan chicken order next time.

Great service

Upon arrival, my expectations were set very high. The menu selection was phenomenal as well as the atmosphere. The experience quickly became a letdown once we ordered and waited over 35 minutes for an appetizer that came out (cold) two minutes before our meal and my husband waited over 30 minutes for his beer that he ordered in the beginning. I Was surprised at how long everything took considering my toddlers’s food came out within five minutes of us ordering. So he was far done before we ever even got our appetizer or meal which became problematic for the experience. Lastly, the cheesecake was underwhelming. I would be disappointed to have the service and food if I was celebrating something special here
