Its black friday. 1:30pm. Cashier was very welcoming, patient and suggestive. All workers had genuine smiles and looked happy to be there. Good idea having a doorman to control traffic and awarness of the space.

So I ordered a drink with half ice and the barista said they could not fill my drink to the top. This seemed like false advertising to me. Drinks are not cheap here, so why cheat customers out of a large drink? This is not a large drink if it’s not filled to the top, right?

Yesterday Tuesday (daytime) a cashier is friendly and helpful with me where I choose for cold drink. Cold brew coffee, vanilla bean, whole milk. $6. It was delicious drink. A weather was so hot outside and sunny. That's why, I need a cold drink and I'm thirty for cold drink.

The place was very clean and well maintained and the staff were all very friendly and courteous. The male staff especially showed exceptional professionalism and was willing to help me out when I was trying to enter my gift card number manually, and he even did that for me. Their service oriented attitude made my visit to this place a joyful experience every time I go there. And the coffee is super delicious as well!

I ordered inced latte and is not the same one as you normally order at starbucks. i wonder why. it taste more like an ice coffee with little milk. asked for 1 pump of sugar syrup and i have to spit out after the first sip. it is loaded with sugar. Not going back for sure. The customer service are great and maybe other drinks would be better.

The staff are all very friendly and make this place a pleasant coffee and tea shop to stop in. The drinks are made quickly, and they are all delicious. The layout can be a bit crowded sometimes, but the shop is located in the mall, so there is outdoor seating available if there are too many people inside.

I highly recommend this location. Everything from the actual menu items to the staff makes this coffee and tea shop a great place to visit.

We ordered the Boba Brown Sugar Latte, but they gave us one without Boba. Then we asked for some with Boba, and they sad sure! We ended up waiting 30 minutes just for them to say no, you have to pay extra. What a waste of my time.
