They have the best cookies in town. The coconut cookie is irresistible. It is chewy and delicious. My hubby's favorites are the coconut and the s'mores. He had to go back for more during our one week stay and get a dozen more.

I have been going to Kapolei Cookie corner for decades. But since the new owners have takeover, the staff is unhelpful, and cookies are completely sold out on a Sat at 5:30pm, no cookies in the oven. I asked the boy working alone at the counter if they are closing soon bc that the impression he gave me. No cookies, none baking, no communication as to what's going on I won't be going to cookie corner on a whim anymore, as this was second time no cookies and bad service. Too bad.....

2# snickerdoodle from Kapolei was a hit. Easy phone order. Pick up & pay on the way to Wet & Wild birthday party was a breeze. Note: they don't do fancy shapes or designs anymore; only circle, square or heart.

My heart is always here! Ahaha, I'm not embarrassed to admit that this is my go to destination for sweet treats. Personally this location is my favorite. The staff is always so friendly. They continue to always have a fresh array selection of cookies. Though this review is about something on their packaged cookies... When you walk in and to the right, you'll see shelves with prepackaged goods. Right there you'll see these. Liliko'i bars. OH MY GOSH. The way these perfectly sweetened, buttery, crumbly and flakey treats are absolutely stunning. Oh. My. Goodness. I could eat these every single day of my life and never be bored. HANDS down one of the best freaking cookies they make. They are pre packed so you can take and go whenever you want! Yes! So delicious! Thank you cookie corner Kapolei for always having them in stock!!!

There should be a few cookies that are amazing, if you are a cookie shop, one of which is the chocolate chip cookie. Their chocolate chip cookie is mediocre at a fairly high price. Their specialty cookies are pretty good, but, again, at a pretty high price per cookie

I really don't understand why some workers here have trouble doing their job when it's so simple? Do you guys need to get another job? Because the constant eye rolls, the looking up and down at the CUSTOMERS is a big NO NO in customer service. Like why get a job if you're not gonna enjoy it? You're killing everyone's moods! This location used to be a go to but man, the attitude these workers have make me wanna take my business elsewhere.

Been going to cookie corner for years and years ..Not good of a service there today..the boy that was working at 5:30 on April 19th wasn't too nice and looked like he didn't want to help us because of the way he was talking. My husband said it looked like him and the girl that was working with him was laughing at us when we walked in.. if I knew that I would have spoke on it.. you guys should hire workers with nice customer service.. it makes all the difference..HIRE BETTER WORKERS! Cookie corner could do So much better with nice workers!

Amazing! I wish Cookie Corner was in Cali! I ordered the chocolate chip and the walnut chocolate chip. The cookies were fresh and I enjoyed every bite. The cookie texture was soft and thick. I would definitely grab a cookie if you have a sweet tooth.
Been a while since I have been to this store. I have been to this location twice within the last four days. On both occasions I asked if they had Magic Bars as I saw an advertisement for it on FB and IG. Both times I was told they don't have that. Not that they are out or are making a new batch. "They don't have that." Wth? They had no chocolate chip cookies so I settled for oatmeal raisin. They were hard, not soft. I don't recall them being hard before. Today I picked up six chocolate chip cookies after I was told for the second time they don't have Magic Bars. They seemed very disorganized. I read an earlier review and it pointed out that the elderly Caucasian lady that used to work there retired. That's when I realized what was wrong with this store. Now I understand. Gonna check out Pearlridge or downtown store for Magic Bars and fresh oatmeal raisin.

I don't ever give businesses 1 stars, but this was by far the worst experience I had to experience especially with my kids there to witness it. I am by far upset at this location. I arrived at cookie corner at about 10:30 A.M., there was a lady in front of me and no one in back of me. I did not even get a hello, how can I help you? Nothing! I chose my cookies, then my daughter decided to add on one more. The girl Shyanne was already by the register when she said I can ring you up now. I looked over and said can I get one more cookie? She rolled her eyes and gave me attitude and came back over to get the cookie for my daughter. As I checked out, I needed a pen to sign my name on the receipt, she threw the pen on the counter which landed really close to my body. I did not appreciate her customer Service! Thinking about it makes me upset because I did not do or say anything to make her feel this way. We love cookie corner, but it looks like we won't be coming to this location any more.

Cookies are consistent with other locations. My favorite (since childhood) is the M&M cookie! Sooooo soft. Other notable cookies/family favorites: snickerdoodle, chocolate chip, and chocolate dipped shortbread! Best place to get that cookie fix.

Today was the last day of a special coupon "Celebrate 2021 with 20 cookies for $21" which expires today. We made a special trip to the store only to be told they are "sold out" only for the coupon, but they still had alot of cookies in the display. SMH, why offer something when you can't even provide it!! Very disappointed!!
