I’ve been to this location only twice the first time having had a horrible experience I tried to give them a second chance. I used to drive thru both visits. Their fries are always soggy, and cold. And they’re Frosty’s are actually put into a cup and frozen, not dispensed properly like a nice smooth frosty is supposed to be. Twice I ordered the same thing twice they came the same way. I don’t know if the owners realize this, but this location has a very bad reputation. Too bad because it’s a beautiful Wendy’s from the outside.

First the drink machine wasn’t working so we had to substitute for lemonade which actually was the best part of the meal waited quite a while as our order was assembled was told just waiting on fries well the fries were so cold and stale don’t know why we waited on them the burgers were average and the chilli tasted watered down.

Nice clean atmosphere, friendly staff great food plenty of parking. Chicken BLT is a great affordable option ( I always request it made fresh and it's amazing!)
I stopped by Wendy’s and asked at the window if I could get my burger lettuce wrapped instead of a bun. The employee said “sure,” but instead of making it as a lettuce wrap, they just put shredded lettuce on top of the burger. If lettuce wraps aren’t an option anymore, I wish they would have simply told me that rather than pretending they could do it. It was disappointing and left me with a meal I didn’t order.

Staff ignored me like I wasn’t even there. When I finally was spoken to, the lady didn’t look at me so I didn’t no she was talking to me. When they did hand me my things and say I was good to go, items were left out.
