Waited 40 minutes only to be handed old cold food not made the way we ordered it. Tried to get workers attention, but they seemed determined to not interact with any customers. Girl behind the counter that took our order made it clear she was not happy to be there and had an attitude the whole time. Two managers on duty were not managing. Refunded money.

Worst location by far. I can’t even count the number of times I’ve gone here (convenience due to proximity) and have had my order wrong, missing item, charged for food I hadn’t ordered, and given cold fries.
I continue to come to this location because I am optimistic that the next visit will be better, but after years of coming to this location, today is just the last straw. Seriously, something needs to change with this location. I don’t think that asking for warm food is asking too much.

I used to love Wendy’s Spicy Chicken Sandwich—it was my go-to meal for years. Unfortunately, the quality has gone downhill, and it’s incredibly disappointing. The sandwich I received recently was pathetic: a tiny sliver of tomato, a sad piece of lettuce that didn’t even cover the bun, and a chicken patty so small it barely filled the sandwich. This used to be a favorite, but now every time I give it another chance, it’s a letdown. Consistency and quality are key, and Wendy’s is failing on both fronts. I really want to love this sandwich again, but it’s hard to when it looks—and tastes—this uninspired.

Omg!!! I ordered the Cobb Salad ? and it was so delicious ?(which shouldn’t surprise at all). It’s been years since I’ve eaten at Wendy’s, but things have not changed. The food still taste amazing. WENDY’S WILL BE AROUND FOREVER!

Try Wait
Horrible experience. Just wanted a quick bite and a coffee. Order was missing nuggets then when reminding staff they forgot my parm nuggets they gave me BBQ. The drive thru employee looked upset right at first contact and the coffee had tons of coffee grounds and chunks of creamer in it. Also the chicken wrap I order, they completely forgot to put anything sauce inside so it was just dry chicken and lettuce.
I haven't eaten Wendys in awhile so was looking forward to it, only to be disappointed. My fries were soggy and cold and my burger was just so dry I didnt even finish it. On top of that they did not give me the Cinnabon pull aparts I ordered. I tried calling the resturant and no one answered. I tried multiple times to no avail.

I'd prefer to give 0/5* Was the worst experience ever and we eat here a lot. Waited in drive thru for over half an hour for nuggets fries 2 choc frosty. Got to window, food was cold and frosty half melted. No napkins, no ketchup, or bbq sauce. Epic failure. Just absolutely Unacceptable and disgusting. Not sure what is going on in Kapolei, but in general the food establishments are getting worse and prices getting higher.

There can be literally no one in line and there is still a wait. The customer service is trash, and they take forever. The produce is over ripe and they have casual condos while you wait in line. Who tf is the manager here. This location is trash and the staff don't give af. Do they even have a GM at this location? Or even a RM. I've never seen poor service like this. 2 in drive through, I reversed out of drive thought, went inside and and was told to wait....nobody in line....2 in drive through...location is empty...do better at prep. I'VE MANAGED LOCATIONS AND THIS IS TRASH. THIS IS MY 3RD BAD EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION AND THEY ARE RUDE! KAMOKILA BLVD IS THE BEST LOCATION HANDS DOWN! The manager there is super respectful and helpful and know how to run a business.
