Service SUCKS here!! Last night on BOTH fountain drinks machines there was MAYBE 3 drinks available. The counter person had an attitude when we asked if she could just fill our drinks behind the counter. Then the manager on duty walks out of her office just to see the lines, the turns righ back around and heads back to her office, but NOT before yelling "who's supposed to be out there!?" And then the tables were all dirty, the inside of the drink dispenser was filthy, I d8dnt even wanna set my cup down inside of it.
I think the original location given for Kapolei Wendy's (Renton Way) was wrong. It looks like Google maps has corrected it -- The Wendys in the mall area of Kapolei is on Kapolei blvd, in front of the main mall here in Kapolei, Oahu. This Wendys on Kapolei blvd is quite nice -- clean and comfortable, and near the bus stop.

Really need to work out the mobile app ordering and website ordering process. Lags wayyy to much. The amount of time I spent searching the menu, adding to cart, reviewing amd then finally checking out took almost 20 mins. - I could've just went through the drive through.Wayy time consuming and at that point you loose half ofnyou4 appetite cause your irritated.

Love Wendy's bfast and go to this location every Saturday. More than half the time, both my maple BACON chicken sandwiches have no bacon on them. Despite asking at the window for pickup.. I am losing confidence in my bfast spot...

Ana had a horrible attitude the whole time. Was snobby, rolled her eyes when we requested a strawberry lemonade. And then got more frustrated when I asked for a frosty. Said we wanted a grilled chicken sandwich, then corrected ourselves when we said wrap. She snobbishly said “it’s not a sandwich”. Worst attitude of a fast food or service worker I’ve ever seen, and I have worked in fast food for 4 years. Would not recommend having an interaction with her to anyone. The food was good though and the managers seemed nice and welcoming and friendly to everyone who walked in.

This Wendy's had horrible customer service. I picked up the food and noticed that the frosty they gave barely filled up the cup. I asked the lady about it and she said that's how much they are supposed to give. I remember going to other Wendy's and got frosty to the top of the cup so she was just lying to my face. She also lied to the other customer since this customer said the soda machine was giving coke instead of ginger ale. She told the customer it was ginger ale however the drink was dark like coke. So she literally lies to customers. The dining room was extremely dirty. Nobody cleans the tables. I will no longer be coming to this Wendy's.

I went to this Wendy's to pick up an order and they didn't start the order until I asked about the order. The lady in the front saw us standing there waiting to be helped but didn't pay no attention to us. Then when we finally got helped, we had to wait an extra half an hour to an hour for the order to be completed. When we received the order the frosty wasn't filled up all the way. Also when a customer asked the lady if the drink that she got was ginger ale the lady lied and said it was ginger ale when it clearly looked like coke since ginger ale is supposed to be clear. The dinning was extremely dirty, nobody cleans the tables.
Make sure you count your change before you leave.
