Horrible service. The complained while making our food. They didn’t use gloves. They didn’t give us katsu sauce for our chicken or tartar sauce for our shrimp. We ordered Korean cheese corn and they gave us fried chicken. Do not order from here. It’s not worth it.

Perfect for those rainy days. Large saimen Deluxe, if you don’t want soup ask for Fried Saimen.
Vegetarian options: Try the Garden Burger. It is a veggie fried patty made together with cheese. Tastes very good. If you have stomach issues with beef you can also get a garden burger loco.
Parking: Large parking area, right on the side of the restaurant usually has free spaces as well with wheelchair access ramp.
Kid-friendliness: For holidays the workers try to decorate and pass out treats for kids all the time. Just this past Halloween they did a Haunted house in the back of the restaurant and it was kid friendly and well made. Had candy and card board cutouts for kids to take pictures.

Don't get the burger. That was the worst burger I've ever had. It wasn't a whole patty. It was more like a few pieces of hard crusty meat that tasted disgusting. Way over cooked.Grilled cheese is okay. It's bread and cheese hard to mess that up. Chili isn't that good. Sort of taste like it came from a can.

Honestly one of the worst meals I've ever had. I went with the Katsu chicken Loco moco plate because it's a favorite and the woman behind the counter even recommended it. I don't know if I just happened to get the worst part of the chicken but I got all the fat and chewy pieces, somr of it seemed like it was still raw and didn't enjoy one bite and threw more than half of it away. I wish I'd gotten the smaller plate and not spend so much money or gone with the burger or the pork

I got the Roasted Pork Plate, the food was meh. They could improve the Mac Salad by adding a little more Salt and Pepper. The Roasted Pork was sliced like deli meat, it tasted good but a pulled pork style would have been more appealing. Over all the service is good, it just seems like the Owner needs to reinvest in some newer equipment and interior design as well as try to make the food taste better. I think L&L has better food and thats not really saying much. Both Lunch Plate restaurants need to improve the flavor of their ingredients.

Can be a hit or miss depending on the cook, but lately its been really good. So maybe they fired the guy that was making the plates ridiculously small for the prices that we're paying. My last experience was great, the lady behind the counter was very nice and her attitude was very uplifting. Overall really good experience, always leave there with a smile.
