I am giving 4 stars because, I had an issue with waiting 15 mins for fresh, then the pizza not being fresh after the wait. That's not the reason for my review. I am reviewing because the manager on duty named Shy was outstanding! She went above & beyond & was happy to make it right. Her customer service was excellent & she even walked the pizzas out to me with extra napkins. Hard to find young workers like her with such a great disposition. Keep up the good work shy!

Just a little note to you about this Little Caesars. In Keaau. New and nearest to us. My little nephew he's 4 by the way. Needs to have his taste of Little Caesars at least 4 times a month. That's once a week! This little guy thinks he's The Little Caesars. We order 5 round pizzas every time we go. And they are yummy. It's a must have in our Family. ???❤️❤️❤️???
Sat at the drive through for 5 minutes without any help. Drove around and no one there. Called and someone finally came over after they answered the phone. Then, they have no hot and ready pizza and would have to wait 10 minutes. Add the time I already had to wait and my lunch is over before it started. Don't go here if you think it will be quick. They will just ignore you.

ZERO STARS ! HORRIBLE SERVICE from the store manager "Angela"... Allowing delivery orders to be picked up WITHOUT verification and when the customer calls to complain "Angela" firmly stated "Take it up with UberEats, we aren't making another order." Is that the representation of this islands spirit? APPALLED .... Shame on you "Angela" SHAME !

So sorry to be so negative ? peeled off the cheese and pepperoni. Crust was hard and very dark brown. We soaked the crust in water and gave to ducks. Very hungry children ate the peeled off cheese and pepperoni while I made tacos for dinner. No customers at 5pm when I stopped and picked up so think this store in Keaau have to serve old dry burnt pizza from sitting in oven all day. Now I have to listen to ohana complaining. And now I have complained to you....no one happy...order #5035116

The food is fast. App is intuitive and works great. The staff is responsive and pleasant. Rarely does fast food come this well together. This review is after 4 consistent visits over the last month. Hats off to this franchise owner.

All the hot and ready items are never ready during the indicated time. Ordered our food and wasn’t told some items weren’t ready until after I paid. The person at the window was rude and rolling her eyes when she told me that I had to wait on the side. There was no room to park, so we had to go on the side of the road. If I knew the items were ready, I wouldn’t have ordered them. Service and hot and ready items are just horrible.Will not return to this little Caesar’s again.
