Came through the drive though on Dec 19 @11 and experienced the worst customer service. A middle aged thicker local man gave me attitude when I asked to add caramel on my whip cream. He gave me no receipt, no napkins, no smile, no thank you. Horrible attitude and my drink was watery

Worst experience with the service at this cafe. We placed our order and waited for 25 min but didn't get our coffee. Upon asking the staff, they said they bluntly forgot to prepare our order. Additionally, while delivering the coffee after 35 mins, they didn't even apologize once.

Good coffee

Was waiting in the drive thru and no one answered. I walked in and they had no customers. I asked when the drive thru was open till and that I had been waiting there and all I got was “oh, sorry”. This was around 7:05 PM both driveway and in the store was empty. I wouldn’t have complained if that wasn’t the case super bad Service ignoring customers when you have nothing to do.

It’s good way to ruin your morning on the way to work. I paid $5 for a coffee and it tastes like water.

It’s not rocket science to make a pot of coffee, but I don’t believe this is by mistake either. Greedy owners are skimping on the measurements to take advantage of the community for their own personal gain.

I bought a turkey and cranberry sandwich today
When I went to eat it, the bread fell apart because it was so soggy and the lettuce was wilted and old
I’m very dissatisfied after spending $8 for in inedible sandwich

I got a chocolate mocha and taste no coffee/espress, just got an $8 cup of a hot chocolate 😩 and needed my coffee this morning bummer

Old, dumpy, out if so many gems, no whipping cream. Staff has to add cream or sugar for you. No greeti g or talking, just a smile. I didn't like the experience at all.
