The pasta is always good. Our frap coffee hand no taste it tasted really watery. My coffee beans in my frap were really big pieces, and it tasted really burnt. The service was ok. The atmosphere is not really welcoming, and it took about 15 mins for us to get our 2 drinks and mind you. There was no one else in the store. The drive thru had no cars.

Great for a quick coffee/snack stop! There is not much seating—the shop is primarily takeaway.

I don't understand how "Da Bean" down da road is rated 4.8 and this place 4.2 on Google. Fantastic cold brew and Vietnamese Iced coffee and sandwich! All under 20 bucks. Very fast too. My only complaint is their drive through speakers suck I had to repeat my order 83747389384849394848448 times before they got it. Otherwise this place is way better than any other coffee shop around I've found so far.

Delicious medium roast coffee, and the decaf Americano was delicious as well! Went through the drive through so no idea about atmosphere.

Avoid the Chai. Worst I've had.

I come here pretty regularly and while the coffee is decent it has literally the worst and coldest customer service of any coffee shop I've ever been to, which seems to flow from the long-time manager down through his employees. No one says hello, people barely make eye contact, no one laughs, employees don't talk to each other.

I really enjoy this Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf locations. Early in the day I use the drive through for a large coffee. Later in the day I enjoy a large black green tea. Atmosphere is laid back, relaxing and peaceful. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. There are numerous outlets available so charging mobile devices is never a problem. One of the must visit places in Kea’au.

It's probably the best coffee you could get in Puna. If you are a tourist looking for a local Starbucks, dont. This coffee is 1000% better, and when you try Starbucks again, you will hate it. This is a very good Coffee place with good

Chocolate matcha latte and mocha cookies & cream shake were very good. Pretty quick service. Bring a sweater if you plan to stay inside for a bit.

I don't usually like leaving poor reviews, but this place never seems to get it right... The other day I ordered a blended caramel frappe, what I got tasted like just Carmel and milk blended (wayyy too sweet and like there was no coffee or anything else added to it) Today I ordered an iced vanilla chai, due to my last experience, I asked for it to be half sweet (thinking of the vanilla not the actual chai powder). The drink I got tastes watered down and like nothing :/ The customer service was not bad, just the drinks I've ordered have all been poorly made. My suggestions; reinvent the proportions, have a distinctive list of how many pumps or scoops of flavor go into what sizes and for different types of drinks. I've worked in coffee for many years and every place I worked had their own list of these things that were pretty spot on. And make sure your baristas know these proportions! As one of the only coffee shops around and on an island in which coffee is so popular it should be better quality.
