Stumbled upon this place at the end of a long road trip and it was great! The beers were good especially their sour. They also were doing Brisket bbq plates that were delicious! Great environment and the servers were super friendly.

Had a great time in the taproom yesterday. Very friendly people, and what a selection of beers. Coming from Colorado, I really missed the innovative craft beers, and this place delivers. I think I tried almost every one of the beers on the menu. I will definitely be spending more time there. Hoping they start distributing to Kona soon !

Phenomenal place!!. One of the best breweries I've ever been to. Jillane and Jake were wonderful to meet and clearly love what they do.. I have my preferences and I must have tried 10 different selections there in the week I was on vacation.. felt like every one of them was something special. Unique and catering to every pallet. Been to countless breweries all over the US, dozens of them in Seattle, San Diego, up and down the West Coast.. Wailiku Brew Works is one of my favorites.. I told Jillane I would ship her some of the beers we have here in Oregon if she'd send some of those tier 3 ones to me !! It's also my understanding they change their beer menu often. Can't wait to see what they have next time I'm out there. I wish them all the success in the world!!.. I'll definitely be back!!!!

The owner is really kind and we felt so welcomed here.
We stopped in and the best ginger beer of my life! I wish I could bottle it up and take it home. Atmosphere was great ans everyone was friendly. We will definitely come back next time we are in the area.

Really nice little spot outside Keaau. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, really good selection of beers. We went on a Monday afternoon, so our experience might have been different because of that, but it's definitely worth a stop if you're in the area. Highly recommend their brown ale, coconut porter or their "pink boots" collaboration IPA if they have it.

A small brewery just south of Hilo. For a relatively new operation, they have a ton of options, including some mead. Everything we tried was tasty. The bartender was friendly and had great service.
