Pork Ribs. Brisket. Wow. I wish we had come here at the start of our trip on Big Island. So good. And this is coming from consuming great Texas BBQ regularly. Advice: come early cuz it sells out fast, especially them tasty ribs!!!

Randy's is only open every Thursday & Friday. We we're in Kona for only 3 days, so we we're lucky enough to try this on a Thursday, our last day.

When I googled local foods, Randy's caught my attention first, I hate to say i was disappointed to finally try it. It doesn't taste like how it looks, altho the bbq pit smoke smells really good. The ribs we're not fall off the bone, the chicken is dry and lacked flavor, and the brisket...
