I’m so surprised by the negative reviews. I have been going to 5 Palms for years and it’s our favourite place. Maybe I have lower expectations as I go to enjoy the AMAZING mai tai’s and the incredible view. Staff have always been friendly and prompt. Food (appies) also good. By far the best Mai tai’s on Maui.
So sad to see one of the best restaurants relocating, been going there many times over the years, I will never return to this location no matter what they put in, you just don't renew leases after 27yrs
We dined here this past Saturday night. I was somewhat apprehensive after reading some recent reviews, however my fears were for naught. The food, service, and atmosphere were top notch. Arrived early and had a drink at the bar. Their social distance policy was still in place. Our bartender Rhiana was terrific. Our dinner server for the evening was Oscar. He was friendly and efficient. My spouse and I split the Caesar salad, the lobster/steak entree, dessert, and a bottle of wine....
