Our favorite resort in the whole state of Hawaii. We check in again this Friday. Smaller, more intimate, excellent restaurants, great beach and snorkeling and the showers in the rooms are AMAZING. Can’t recommend this resort enough.
Very disappointed to learn upon our arrival that none of the pools are heated. At least heat them enough so your guests can walk in without having to get used to the cool water temperature.
My husband and I booked this trip as our “babymoon” for some alone time before we have our first baby. We decided to book a couples massage our first full day there. I booked a prenatal massage. At the end of my massage, the therapist laid down a hot towel on my legs that immediately burned. I pulled my legs back and said that it was too hot. She removed the towel but then attempted to lay it back down and rub it around when I repeated it was too hot. She left the room and...read full review
