We used the swim-up bar to enjoy some cocktails. I wanted to give a shout-out to the lady and man bartenders working on Friday, Dec 12 evening who was really nice, warm and friendly. Sorry I didn't get their names. They kept the snack mix refilled and created a funny, warm atmosphere.

My wife and I visited this restaurant on 9/29/2025 and ordered two AMA burgers. We were served by a woman around 45–50 years old. Our order arrived after 30 minutes 🤬. The food tasted fine. After that, we asked a man passing by, around 30 years old, to bring us the check, but he said he wasn’t our waiter and told us to ask another server. That really upset me, which is why I gave this rating.

Great food and beautiful views. Husband and I had salads and they were delicious. Kids had burgers and they were good too. Drinks were well made. Been here 6 days and that was the best meal we’ve had so far on the island.

The food was incredible, our waiter was very helpful with recommendations for food and drinks, and super friendly. We were a party of 8 and everything went smoothly and we all had a fantastic time!

Our server, Isaiah, was most helpful with the menu choices. We had the roasted beet salad and the Steak and Frites. We asked for the steak to be cooked medium plus, but it came out less than medium and had to be sent back to be cooked further. Other than that, it was a delicious meal in a great location.

What a hidden gem! Great spot for a date night with ocean and sunset views!! Food and service was outstanding!!! We had the seafood platter to start, hard to pick a favorite but the salmon, oysters & lobsters were my personal picks. Then we had the beet salad & watermelon salad, great pallet cleansers, refreshing and tasty! Next was the chimichuri steak & fries, miso butterfish, chicken kabob and brussel sprouts. Again everything was great but the steak and fries were my favorite. Then we tried the sorbets and cream pies for dessert. All winners but the chocolate caramel cream pie and coconut lime cream pie didn't last long...lolI highly recommend going before this little restaurant gets too popular to get a table!!!

Loved this new poolside restaurent st the Fairmont so much my family ate there 2 nights in a row! Seating is outdoors so its a great place to watch the sunset! There were 7 of us so it was the perfect place to order multiple small plates and share! Outstanding food with the most delicious prawns & crispy Brussels sprouts I’ve ever consumed! Excellent cocktails made just as ordered! We had Macy serve us the first nite and Dow the second nite and they both could not have been more friendly & responsive!!! The “catch if the day” was Monchong, a local whitefish prepared with yuzu kosho butter & tomato lomi which everyone agreed was a must order! Other menu choices included miso marinated cod with sushi rice which was done to perfection, salmon nigiri torched with yuzu aioli, pomme frittes, watermelon salad with feta cheese, baby butter lettuce, & the ahi crudo! Gluten free were also available. I actually found it perfect for a family of 7 so that everyone could try everything! Highly recommended!
