Nick's Fishmarket, located within the Fairmont hotel, offers an outstanding view and excellent quality seafood. The restaurant provides a lovely dining experience with a casual yet high-end atmosphere. The service is great, with staff being friendly, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. Recent visits have been consistently excellent, with standout dishes including ahi sashimi, kalua pork potstickers, and the highly praised pacific catch. The butter sauce served with the fish has been described as amazing, and the filet mignon is noted for being tender and delicious. Guests have also enjoyed the potato skin mahi mahi and lobster, both of which received excellent reviews. The bar is lovely, and bartenders are knowledgeable. The beautiful ambience adds to the experience, making it recommended for an upscale dinner with amazing food. The Fairmont property is absolutely beautiful, and the food is exceptional. The service is great, with staff full of Aloha. Chef Maka is amazing, and the overall experience is just awesome.
