Fantastic place for a morning coffee and pastry or a quick breakfast. Outdoor patio seating with beautiful scenery overlooking the Grand Wailea gardens with an ocean view. The breakfast pastries were absolutely amazing. They also have a Portuguese sausage in one of their breakfast bowls that is perfection for flavor and texture. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient as they have a surprisingly large menu to go through. You can also order to go and take food up to your balcony or down to the beach. We saw a lot of people getting their pizzas later in the day but didn't try it ourselves. We did get the gelatos. The dark chocolate was the best as the other flavors were a bit sweet for my taste, but everyone else loved them all.

We stayed at Grand wailea and ate twice here at Loulu’s. The first experience was good, we ordered korean fried chicken and we did enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the second was not. We ordered half fried chicken and when we got in our room, the chicken is not golden brown but almost burnt. Chicken skin is bitter, hard and it tasted fish and very bland. Front desk connected us to Loulu’s and they were happy to replace the entire order, no questions, no fuss. Although the replacement was cooked, but still its bitter, slightly salted now on the outside, tasted fish still, hard chicken skin, and almost burnt. Just not worthy of a $36 meal.

If I could give zero stars, I would.

Never have I been met with such condescending and disrespectful staff at a venue.

We arrived at 8:40pm with no signs of closing soon (understanding now, they close at 9pm.) I reached the front of the line at 8:58pm but was not spoken to by a staff member until 9:04pm and was then told they will not serve me as it was 4 minutes after closing time. All I wanted was a can of coconut water and a packet of chips??

Not only did they refuse to serve me, the staff members spoke Japanese to each other as I left which I can only assume to be rude and untoward.

I can understand the bad reviews at this place and would not recommend visiting this venue.

On our last night we were rudely treated by staff who not only refused to serve us despite having arrived before closing time but then proceeded to speak to each other in Japanese in a tone that was clearly negative towards us but was then immediately followed by the most condescending refusal of service. Will be following this review with a direct complaint to the hotel which we were guests at.

Wonderful staff and delicious food.

Their entremet desserts are fabulous! This past week I had a guava, dark chocolate, passion fruit and a chocolate almond dessert, every one of them was yummy. Highly recommend for the desserts.

I really enjoy the food here, and the staff is always very friendly. The wait time for the food is maybe a bit longer than expected, but the atmosphere accommodates for the wait. Nice seating options and great view.

The staff are generally friendly however they cannot seem to ever get our order correct. 5 days in a row we came and typically just order 6 coffees for our group, and every single day they messed up at least one of them. One day they messed up 4 coffees and it's not like we're ordering anything complicated. The coffee is good but the food is very overpriced and underwhelming.

Price is obviously ridiculous but on par for the resort. The order came out quick, service was very friendly and the meals were surprisingly delicious. We got the loco moco and Korean fried chicken. Large portions, good flavor, kimchi was not bland, and everything seemed fresh even though we ordered 30min before closing. When the family is lazy to do a walk elsewhere, we will come here again for a quick bite.

Very poor service. Tess at the cashier was very impatient, and she looked very tired. Also very slow to get our food

Food is OK. The breakfast bowl was good, but the flatbread was basically just a baked pizza dough ball with a sprinkle of toppings.

The restaurant seems overwhelmed since it may be the only on-site breakfast (currently open)besides the buffet. It's the "quick" option, but if you're looking for something actually quick, you have to leave the hotel. Long lines and 20+ minute wait for food once ordered.

I don't really get the bad reviews. Perhaps things have changed since. We ordered a few things from this place since it was close to our room. We loved everything we ordered. No complaints. In fact i wish we were still there to order again. Food was fresh and had good flavor. Yes it was pricey but that's expected at a resort. Customer service was great.
