Absolutely incredible dinner. Best mai tai we had and the tempura pink snapper WOW- life changing! Please make it a regular on the menu!!!
Mahalo to the incredible team at Spago Maui! Our final dinner on Thursday night was unforgettable. From the hostess to our fantastic wait staff, everyone made us feel so incredibly welcome. They gave this Pittsburgh couple a true taste of island hospitality that felt just like home.
We had a wonderful dinner at Spago! The food was absolutely delicious — everything we tried was amazing. Even though we had requested a table with a view and unfortunately didn’t get one, we still had a fantastic experience.
The service was excellent, the waiters were incredibly friendly and attentive, and they gave us some great recommendations. Overall, we were very happy with our evening and would definitely recommend Spago!

Staff members are pleasant and respectful, with the server assistant being especially kind and genuine. The restaurant is accommodating, even shifting a table an hour later for guests running late. Dining at Spago is unforgettable, combining world-class cuisine, warm aloha spirit, and panoramic ocean views that elevate every bite. Guests also enjoy the chance to meet the chef, adding a special touch to their visit.
