Chef's Table at Ka'ana Kitchen

One the best multi-course tasting meals we've ever had. Be prepared for bill, but well worth it. The chefs did a fantastic job explaining each dish and all were fabulous. Each guest also gets different courses so you can share and experience all dishes on the menu!!

Chefs table is an incredible experience. We did the wine pairing this time and it was very cool to try wines we would never usually have. Food was amazing and we loved being right in the action.

What a memorable evening! Chef catered so well to our family's preferences and gave us a meal we will never forget. Tasting menu was above and beyond our expectations and checked all the boxes...delicious, unique, beautiful, and so satisfying! Would highly recommend!

We have eaten at Ka'Ana Kitchen many times over the years, but this was our first experience doing the Chef's Table. The two of us had a seat right at the end of the main counter where we had clear views of the Grill Chef, who blew us away with his organization & preparations, & we had a birds-eye view of the finishing counter where we sat overlooking every dish that came out of the various stations - plus, we caught a head-on sunset. The entire staff catered to us & many in the Chef's circle engaged with us - it was super fun! AND the FOOD was GREAT!!

What a magical experience. Expensive but worth every penny. John, our waiter was fantastic. Do this dining experience. Best on Maui.

This is our 4th or 5th visit to the Chef's Table experience. The food was wonderful and appropriately spaced out. The wine pairing was great. The staff is always great. We come every year when we're on Maui.

What an AMAZING chef's table experience we had dining at Ka'ana. This was supposed to be our 1 year anniversary dinner back in 2023, but we had postponed our trip to Maui due to the Lahaina fire. I'm so glad we rebooked for this trip to indulge in an incredibly delicious meal with one of the most engaging and down to earth staff. What I loved about this tasting menu was the ability to share and try more dishes. They mentioned Ka'ana means “to share”. We each had a 6-course meal, but dishes 2-4 were different so we could swap and try more. Chef was even so kind to cook up a taster of their fried chicken w/ black sesame mochi waffle dish just because he heard us talking about it, and it turned out to be my husband's fave dish of the night. I loved our experience so much, but was initially hesitant to come back because I wouldn't want to eat the same dishes. The F&B manager mentioned they take record of our meal so we wouldn't repeat the same dishes in a future visit, or take note of our favorites in case we'd like a repeat. Service was extremely attentive, but not overbearing. It was such a great show watching the kitchen work throughout the evening. We'll definitely be back for another chef's table tasting soon!

Who is a nice experience it was date night the service and the ambience. The whole atmosphere in mood was well worth the price. The food was great. It wasn't anything I would come back for, but overall the experiences amazing. I would suggest it and I don't know if the food was up to par, the service was much better. I'm not sure but all in all I highly recommended must do.

My wife and I were celebrating our 5 year anniversary and had a truly special time. We were treated incredibly well from the drinks to the special surprise food to the entertaining service. Really a wonderful time and we'll be back in the future. Highly recommend and I want to thank Miguel and Tia for a fantastic experience!

Best food we had so far in Maui. All the staff were friendly and personable. Even though it's a 6 course dinner, you get more variety of food because each person gets a different dish. Will definitely come back and recommend to other.

We had the table of 4 and it was a wonderful experience. All of the staff was amazing as well! We did the $150 wine pairing and were impressed with the pours and pairs. The only thing we would have changed is the “sharing” part. 4 of the 6 courses are split and individuals get different meals then others. We don't particularly love sharing plates and would have preferred they split the meals vs requiring sharing plates and wine glasses. Not a huge deal but surprising given the price. Overall amazing meal and we will definitely be back!

One of the best chefs tables we've ever done! Chef Chance and his team went out of their way to make our meal an experience we won't forget. We were seated infront of Ian's station and he was incredible to watch and have conversations with. His care for the guest experience went above and beyond. And he made sure to say goodbye to all the guests as they left. Every dish was phenomenal and we loved how we got to enjoy so many different options. We will be back!
