Chef's Table at Ka'ana Kitchen

Truly the meal of a lifetime. Cannot say enough positive things about the experience my wife and I had. Do not hesitate if you're considering!!

We felt like VIPs. The entire staff from chefs, soms to waitstaff took such thoughtful and considerate time with us. They made us feel like friends, very comfortable and so welcome. The food was outstanding, bite after bite, taste after taste, each dish blew our minds. We love experiencing creative, cultural food and this tasting menu was absolutely that. We found the entire experience quite perfect. ‘Ohana Personally, I never write reviews. This time, I made an exception, it's fantastic.

The Chef's Table 6-course dinner was probably the best dining experience we've ever had. Incredible food in a great laid back setting with wonderful service and people. Worth the high cost.

One of the best experiences I have had while dining. Do not hesitate. If there are seats available at the chef's table, book it. Chef Alan and his crew were incredible.

My husband and I enjoyed our date night dinner anniversary celebration very much! The food was delicious and the service was amazing! We will definitely come back next time when we are in Maui :)

We had such an amazing time during our chefs table experience. Everyone made us feel so special and included during the process. We got to talk to most of the chefs working that night and they asked for our preferences on dishes ahead of time (which was great for my husband who has quite a few foods he simply does not like) and tailored our meal to our liking. This tasting menu has quite a bit of food so come hungry! We made the mistake of having poolside smash burgers in the afternoon and could barely finish all the foods they brought. Steak, crab, ahi, and more were included in our menu. This was so so worth the cost of the experience.

Amazing from start to finish. The chefs and staff are so kind and generous with their time and humor. And the food is spectacular. Spectacular. We loved some dishes (wagyu hangar steak/octopus) so much they made us a second helping! The experience is worth the price.

Unbelievable experience. This was one of the most well rounded tasting experiences my partner and I have ever done. From the serving crew to the interactions with the chefs to trying all the different dishes, it was absolutely incredible. This place is 10000% worth the price tag and something I would have no problem doing again in the future.

This was an incredible experience and really enjoyed watching the kitchen work and getting to talk with chef Chance and other kitchen staff. We sat in front of the fish station and enjoyed watching and talking to Ian. I would highly recommend this experience.

Had the best experience dining at Chef's Table! The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable and the chefs took turns serving the dishes so we were able to meet everyone cooking our meals, which was really cool! The food was incredible and I would highly recommend booking a reservation because it is so worth it!!

An engaging culinary experience that transcends. From the staff to the delectable dishes, the final product is one to remember. While sipping paired wines, sit in the kitchen and mingle with the chefs while they prepare each of the six courses. Truly outstanding. They won't allow you to leave hungry and offer you chances to taste a few extra items not on the menu. The entire team from servers to chefs exemplify Aloha. Compared to other local tasting menu options, this is a great value. Don't miss this if you're on Maui.

One the best multi-course tasting meals we've ever had. Be prepared for bill, but well worth it. The chefs did a fantastic job explaining each dish and all were fabulous. Each guest also gets different courses so you can share and experience all dishes on the menu!!
