The natural flavors are really fresh and tasty. The kids size (8oz) is more than enough for a normal serving for an adult. The ice is nothing like the mainland, shaved ice is a Must have when visiting, and this place was a large variety of excellent tasting flavors. I was hesitant to add the coconut ice-cream on the bottom, but its well worth it if you like coconut; real pieces of coconut flakes in it. There was no line when I went around noon, ice was ready in just minutes, for 2 of us.

My kids favorite place for shaved ice. The only place we visited on multiple occasions for shaved ice! Very flavorful! Last time we tried some of their special shaved ice on top of coconut ice cream and it was the best! Nice and kind employees. Highly recommend.

We had to have this shaved ice more than once! Such a great place to sit and enjoy the delicious flavors offered. We had the Hawaiian and the Lava Flow. The rest of our group had other flavors which you can choose.

It was OK. Both our orders had very loosely packed shave ice that quickly melted into a syrupy mess, with no distinct flavors of the three syrups. Kind of small ice cream portion too. We definitely preferred Ululanis shave ice.

I’m genuinely surprised by the high ratings. The staff member who helped us was very kind, but they only had one person working on a Saturday afternoon. There was a hard upsell, asking if we wanted any and all add-ons, which was off-putting. We got three orders of shave ice and a smoothie. The smoothie was the worst my husband has ever tasted. Our shave ice was very thin and the scoop of ice cream in the bottom was almost impossible to find. Extremely expensive. The shop itself felt a bit dirty, tables needed to be wiped down and it wasn’t very welcoming.

The best shave ice in Maui, period. The ice is soft and pillowy, the ice cream is still creamy and not hard and the haupia sauce is like condensed milk that better compliments the flavor. The service was fantastic and to top it off the location has A/C. 6 stars.
