Da Kitchen is one of my favorite spots in Maui. Excellent garlic noodles and teriyaki chicken. Fried musubi is a new experience.

My husband and I were recommended this by multiple people while we were in Maui briefly and were so glad we went! The prices, compared to what we have been used to, we felt were reasonable. My husband had the Deep Fried spam Musubi and the Bento Box while I had the Garlic Chicken. We had a lot of food, I would recommend maybe ordering together if you don’t always eat big meals (like myself). The staff were nice too! It’s a small location and we spent maybe 45 minutes to eat here. If we have the opportunity to visit Maui again, we’d likely stop here!Parking: It’s a large lot with many stores, it’s not hard to find parking but it may not be very close especially because this location is in a corner

Wonderful hidden gem! It’s a tiny little shop in the corner of a strip mall, but packs a big punch! Super homey Hawaiian food. The deep friend Musubi was incredible, but the real star of the show for me was the chicken teriyaki. It just fell apart with a fork, so tender! We got the bento box to share and the fried musubi and couldn’t finish it all. Will be back!

We actually went twice during our holiday so that should say something. The Kalbi Fried Noodles were my favorite but you can't go wrong with anything it seems as we ordered a ton of stuff (masubis, garlic shrimps, Kalbi ribs, katsu cutlets... So much more). Be warned, portions are LARGE! Could feed two normal people with one order I think. Highly recommend.Parking: In a strip mall so plenty
