My soup was not hot, I asked if they had a microwave to heat up my soup because it was cold and cashier said no. My ahi melt patty was a little cold in the middle and I thought it was made in a ciabatta bread but instead on a hamburger bun; unless it changed. My kombucha was refreshing though
