A lot can change in 2 years. At Our first experience at the Roasted Chile Restaurant I would have rated it a 4.5 star experience. A friendly staff and welcoming environment great tasting meals. The chef even came out and talked with us. Today was anything but inviting. We have no complaints about the meals, they were great, service was lacking.
