Stopped by the Kihei Food Truck Park after seeing it driving by a couple nights ago. It turns out Vidads has the (strangely) elusive garlic noodles we’ve been searching for! And at so much better of a price than anywhere else on the island! The garlic noodles were incredible and the beef on top was mouthwatering. Afterwards, we got the taro boba and ube boba and they were unbelievably affordable and delicious. Service was quick and servers were friendly! Garlic Noodles
There’s just no better Pork Adobo that comes close to my Dad’s!!
Tried the poke bowl and katsu chicken, both were good and portions generous for the price in Hawaii. However, the Thai boba tea and matcha boba tea didn't have much boba in them and tasted a bit bland. But most of all, the wait time is just too much: we went twice - once towards the closing time and waited 45 min for 1 poke bowl and 2 shaved ice, then the next day at 2.20pm (we thought the wait would be short since it was after lunch time) when there was only one other couple...read full review
