“Before we even had a chance to taste the food the service by the spanish speaking young lady was exceptional. She was very polite, and her warm welcoming energy made us feel very welcomed. She pronounced my partners name correctly (which hardly anyone does) just to add sugar on top. Once our order was ready she hooked it up with the ranch. The aroma radiating from the box was so enticing, and with due regard! These wings are one of the tastiest items we have had to try in our trip here to this beautiful Island. Maui will forever be in our hearts, and Wing Kings Maui along with it.“

“I dont have any pictures of our meals! Which is a good sign as we ate it so quickly we forgot. 6 people ordered a multitude of meals between tacos, quesadillas, enchiladas, and even a hotdog. Everything came out within 7 minutes, and exactly as ordered. They were friendly also! Every person raved about how good the food was.

“Best brisket I’ve ever had hands down! It was seasoned good and so tender. The bbq sauce was great as well. I ate a couple bites of my Mac and cheese and my bbq beans both of such were really good I just didn’t have the room to finish them. Very glad I chose this place. My son had a bbq chicken plate and he tore it up which is great because he’s a picky guy“

“Not usually a review person, but after returning for our second meal, I must. Highly recommend the birria taquitos, crunchy, hot, savory, fragrant, delicious. Arguably best food truck at south maui gardens. Satisfied every craving, steak burrito was delicious as well! Seriously the best food stop we made this whole trip. The owner is also super kind, and you know it’s a good sign when staff from other food trucks are coming to him standing in line for lunch!“

“Stopped by the Kihei Food Truck Park after seeing it driving by a couple nights ago. It turns out Vidads has the (strangely) elusive garlic noodles we’ve been searching for! And at so much better of a price than anywhere else on the island! The garlic noodles were incredible and the beef on top was mouthwatering. Afterwards, we got the taro boba and ube boba and they were unbelievably affordable and delicious. Service was quick and servers were friendly! Garlic Noodles“
