Great food! We ordered the pork belly and the duck bar, and both were amazing. The combination of the duck and goat cheese made for an explosion of flavors. A must food truck when in Maui.
Easiest 5 star review! Incredible food! I had the short rib Bao and the fried bun with Ube ice cream and toasted coconut flakes. Out of this world! Can’t recommend this food truck enough and can’t wait to come back to Maui to try this place again.

Got the Little Piggy which is pork belly on an ube bao bun. The ube ice cream w/ a cinnamon sugar bao bun is seriously the best, we had to go back and get a 2nd one for our group it was so good. Will definitely be back!
