The best food truck in this park for sure is the bao bun truck. Delicious buns, get the pick 3. Can't go wrong with ant of them really, but the banh mi style pork and purple bun is really clever, and the chicken and slaw one was really delicious as well.

Really great buns, probably the best on the island. The island piggy is top notch. I normally get the trio for $20. Staff is always super friendly and helpful.More often than not when I swing by these food trucks Suns Out Buns Out is the only one closed due to having weird hours. But once in awhile I get lucky and they're open when I'm really craving Bao.

Got the Little Piggy which is pork belly on an ube bao bun. The ube ice cream w/ a cinnamon sugar bao bun is seriously the best, we had to go back and get a 2nd one for our group it was so good. Will definitely be back!

Great food! We ordered the pork belly and the duck bar, and both were amazing. The combination of the duck and goat cheese made for an explosion of flavors. A must food truck when in Maui.

Wow!! Incredible and creative bao choices! We ordered the Little Piggy, Miso Trippy, and Duck Duck Goat. The flavors were creative and so complimentary to the ingredients on each bao. Before our Maui vacation, we had a discussion that we would not go to the same place twice… but I don’t think we can do that with this particular food truck! We have already made plans to go back for 2 more meals. I do have to say that if you are hungry, you should get 3 bao all to yourself or order a large side/appetizer along with the bao if you are going to share because, trust me, you’re gonna want to share the deliciousness

They have a lot of interesting savory options, like the duck duck goat and the shorty. The little piggy (ube!) is a must try, and the island piggy is a good option that most people will enjoy regardless of preferences (mild, tasty, and flavorful). One of my favorites is the bao chicka bao bao since I'm a sucker for fried chicken. The problem with bao is that it feels like you need to try them all... and my stomach isn't large enough. The only disappointments here have been the the sides and sweets. I love churros and cinnamon but found the cinnamon sugar bao bites a little soggy and disappointing. I also didn't love the tots, which also seemed a bit soggy/less crispy than I prefer. Granted, I had both of these issues on the same day, so perhaps it was an off day. I plan to give them another shot, and also to try the bao ice cream as soon as possible! Overall, if you even like bao a little, definitely check out this spot!

We went here late night. More like closing, service is straight forward and the attendant is very nice and gave good recommendations!We ended up getting the little piggy and shorty. Portion is gonna fill you up but if you’re looking for something flavourful. Then you come to the right spot!Littlepiggy - Very interesting about Ube bao. Don’t worry it’s doesn’t over power the flavour of the stuffing. Pork is tender and the touch of sourness of daikon and spice of the carrot creates the perfect blend of flavour!Shorty - pretty straight forward flavour of a typical burger but in the amazing way. Tender beef and a blend of cheese , mushroom and added texture of the crispy onion!

So I really wanted to love this. My husband was excited to try them. We each got a trio. I had the pulled pork - very good. Lots of flavor. Second was the Shark Bait - it was ok. Kind of bland. Not sure why. Maybe it was the cheese. Needed something. I have yet to try the short rib one. I was saving it and then ran out of room. Will have to update.Husbands fav was the Duck, duck, Goat - said it was really good.The buns are awesome! Soft and yummy.
