Maui isn't really known for TexMex, so this place probably won't be the best Mexican you've ever had. However, they're saving grace is their homemade salsa. Several very interesting flavors (and a couple were very spicy!) make this a worthwhile stop!!

Drinks were good and they had a large tequila selection.Chile relleno was tasty and had a lot more spice and pepper flavor than most so that was enjoyable.Beans didn't come out of a can as well.

Give them all the stars! I Had breakfast by myself. I don't care! I don't need a date to go out to eat! The Carnitas Eggs Benedict was great! I love a good Eggs Bennie! The bartender/server was amazing. She made me the best Bloody Maria! More people should go to Roasted Chili's for breakfast. But let's not have too many people go because I still want there to be room for me.Thaaaaaaaanks!

This is our favorite Mexican restaurant on Maui. Great Margaritas & we like the queso dip, enchiladas, & street Tacos. The service is always very good here. Very nice people & good, comfy atmosphere.

First time having dinner there. Unfortunately, it was the worst Mexican food I ever had. Ok, I ordered steak nachos, and the cheese tasted like it came from a can. Not to mention, it was like liquid. There was hardly any steak, and the jalapeños tasted like they came out of a jar that you can buy from foodland across the street. I could only have a couple of bites, then stopped. I have had nachos at many Mexican restaurants and other regular restaurants that serve it, but after 20 minutes, the cheese was still like liquid now tell me thats real cheese not canned cheese.They say authentic Mexican food. Their carniasada was very dry, and their beans were very watery. The waitress did not smile for even one second. It seemed like she didn't want to be there. A while after taking our order, she returned with our food. She then kept asking who ordered this. We asked her what it was, and she told us, then said, "So who ordered this?" I almost said, " You tell us you took our order 20 minutes ago, I then ordered a glass of beer that took a while. After finishing it I ordered another, but this time, I took my phone out and timed how long it took. After 10 minutes, I looked over at the bar, and there was 1 bartender and 3 customers sitting at the bar talking to the bartender. There were approximately 7 tables with2 to 4 people at each table. Couple tables had drinks from the bar. I then looked back at the bar, and the guy who I asked for another beer looked at me and asked me if I needed something? I then said,"Yes, the beer I ordered about 15 minutes ago when you asked me if I would like another beer." he then goes to the bar and brings me the beer but doesn't say anything. I don't know if they had proper customer service training or even had it, but it was the worst customer service that I have experienced in a long time. There are a lot of tourists that go out to eat in Kihei. Without the tourist this restaurant will not be here too long. Like I said there's is a lot of tourists, and they will probably eat there once during their vacation here. You will more than likely ever see them again. I train at the gym next door and never saw locals in this restaurant. We were the only locals. After this experiencing what we did in this restaurant, I can see why. FYI, I just found out that a local person bought this restaurant. Hopefully, he changes the food and the employees who served us. You know what maybe they just need to be trained the right way. Hows that...Again FYI myself and majority of my family have worked in the food industry (hotels and restaurants) for years we have been giving high quality customer service and the Aloha spirit to all our customers no matter where their from even if your having a bad day it your job to provide the best customer service. if they don't come you don't get paid and if you don't change you attitude you will not have a job.
