The ambiance is lovely. The pizza is delightful. Our server - Hope - was an absolute delight - so friendly and made us feel so welcome. Thank you for such a wonderful time!

The tuna filet was the best I've ever had! Squid ink lobster pasta was great and the risotto was also amazing. Finished dinner off with the tiramasu and it may have been one of my all time favorites.

This is a beautiful place overlooking the ocean. My husband and I went on our last day for lunch and were not disappointed. We had the best caprese salad and the fig prosciutto flat bread. Both were very goodDanielle was our server and she was lovely. Very attentive. Would definitely recommend

Ferraro’s used to be one of our favorites for a beautiful view, delicious food and a lovely cocktail. Sadly, we will not be returning due to the customer service. Truly have never felt so unwelcome and neglected in a place that I look forward to visiting to each trip. We had a reservation and the poor encounter started with the hostess and was not rectified by any of the other staff who stopped over at our table.

Visited for a dinner, was a beautiful experience from start to finish with exceptional service, Marisa was attentive with the drinks and our order and the presentation of the food was second to none - as well as the fire dancing performance we could see from our table, and George at the bar crafted us gorgeous artisanal cocktails - be sure to try the Piedmont Sour!!!

The food was amazing down to the last bite. The service was horrible. We were totally neglected. Our waiter never even stopped by our table after our entrees. He stood two tables over for over 5 minutes just chating. We finally flagged down some other staff to bring some cheese for the pasta. He introduced the menu. Took our order and brought us the bill. Not quite enough to earn the minimum $50 tip from the credit card machine.Disappointing!

Great experience overall. Host staff is outstanding. The service is exceptional. It's the perfect place to enjoy a sunset and have a fabulous meal. They remodeled the restaurant and its beautiful. The also revamped the menu. It used to be extremely gluten-free friendly. They seem to have fewer GF options now....but it's still a great place to eat.

We read the reviews of Ferraro's and it sounded great. The staff was friendly and welcoming; we were about 15 minutes early for our reservation but we were seated soon at an ocean view table. Our server was delightful, but we were very disappointed with the food and the cost.

I would not recommend this place. The hostess who greeted us was very disrespectful. Although we had a reservation, and there were empty tables, she told us we could have a seat at the bar until a table was available. Meanwhile, people who walked in wearing their pool coverups were seated. Her dismissive attitude was totally unappreciated. Although we did have a drink at the bar, we chose to leave without dining. I expected more from the Four Seasons.

Ferraro's is our favorite restaurant, located at 4 Seasons/Wailea, when visiting Maui. The food and service is superb and the view of the Pacific Ocean and breaching humpback whales is great, too. Truly a great experience that we recommend to all.

More crowded than what I'm used to the tables were too close together. We could hear everyone's conversation around us and couldn't really get out of our seats easily. It wasn't as special as it used to be due to the tables, being too close together, almost like a bar vibe rather than a nice outdoor dinner. We've probably been there at least a dozen times in this by far was my least favorite dinner there.
