Build your own salad place with clearly marked vegan options. We loved our meals here. The portion sizes were excellent, staff was friendly, and we also enjoyed the kombucha on tap.

Food and atmosphere good.. but the food, not quite.

Noticed the ingredients aren't really fresh. Croutons stale, thickened dressing and greens just.. off. Seems to be only this location has that issue from my experiences of visiting. Their twin location in Kahului is on point however(i reviewed Kahului). This place has potential.

This review isn't meant to demoralize, just to be constructive 🙂 Looking forward to the Lahaina location...

Ok so the food was good. It is nice to find some crisp romaine and greens, however, the gal who put my bowl together, I later realized, did not change her gloves which she was touching her face, surfaces, and register with besides physically touching the ingredients she was adding to the bowl. It is alarming how unaware people are of these things. People are back to their pre-Covid careless and dirty practices. ? I didn’t complain…it might be good for my immune system but...
