Gus the Bus is a perfect treat after a day at the beach. So many flavors to choose from that you have to go back multiple times! The owner of the business is friendly and willing to offer advice on things to see and do as well as great advice on local food locations.
I got the kona coffee macadamia nut shaved ice with coconut ice cream and coconut drizzle. I ate it 3 days in a row because it was the best thing I've ever had! They have tons of shaved ice and a whole shaved fruit menu (these ones are better than the ice!).

Lack of hygiene. Handle the (dirty) money with gloves then shape the ice with your hands without changing gloves. Disgusting.
