Our experience this past week at Da Kine Shave Ice has been a 10/10. Tonight especially we were pleasantly impressed with the service and attitude of the employee Jason. There had been a mechanical issue regarding the shave ice machine, and throughout the entire inconvenience he had a smile on his face and was apologetic. Lovely evening stop here. The employee working there was so thoughtful. Husband wasn’t sure he’d like Haupia sauce so the staff member put it on half the shave ice, and gave us extra on the side in case he really liked it, all without being asked.Vegetarian options: As far as I know, the menu is all vegan unless you choose to add ice cream to your dish.Parking: Shares a parking lot with a gas station and ABC so there’s plenty of spots.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs...read full review

My family of 5 went here on Vacation. The guy working was by himself but he was soooo kind and had an infectious smile and fantastic attitude even while working fast and hard! The shaved ice was absolutely delicious he even had dairy free options that was super yummmmmm!!!!
