The food tasted good, but I got very bad food poisoning! I had the pulled pork and fries. Shortly after eating I became incredibly ill with stomach symptoms. Because of this, I am giving the one star review. Editing since I cannot reply to your comment. I absolutely had the order in my name. Mollie. It was sometime between 7 and 8 pm that night. I had the pulled pork sliders and fries. I'm thinking the slaw was likely the culprit. Ultimately though, I am definitely nervous to eat at food trucks going forward!

The tofu crisp and the sweet potato fries were great! It’s a nice food truck along with order food trucks. Parking can be tricky here or park across the road. The food was great and service was quick too. The sliders were great too.

Great tasting food , we went to this spot twice on our 7 day vacation , got the drunken noodles twice , only complaint is 4 shrimp on the noodles , for the price at least make it 6.

We’ve tried many items on the menu over time, and everything has been consistently delicious. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made with care.
It’s one of those places we keep coming back to again and again. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for something tasty and reliable!

Food was great! We got the pork belly bao buns, the chicken bao buns, and the drunken udon noodles with katsu chicken and a lychee tea. It was all amazing! Very impressed. However we did have to wait 50 minutes to get our food after we ordered. It was Easter Sunday and they were SLAMMED. So I was understanding but they should have had a system in place to give a wait time or cut off orders until they caught up. Overall very happy with it and will come back next time we visit.

Great flavor. We added the crispy pork belly, which was great add. I would recommend eating here. We also had both the chicken Bao and pork belly bao. The overall preference would be the pork belly. The chicken was still good, just enjoyed the pork belly more. If you’re looking to compare garlic noodles within the food truck oasis, this is the better option!
