Amazing spot. My daughter enjoys the sliders. We were here last December and now that we’re back again we decided to give another shot. Super friendly staff always doesn’t matter how busy they are. This time around we tried the lobster fried rice and it was so good. Large clumps of lobster, fresh lemon. Great flavor all around.

This is the best tofu bao I've ever tasted. The tofu inside is coated in breadcrumbs/panko and deep fried to crispy perfection, with the inside extremely soft and fluffy. The tofu bao also features pickled onion, jalapeño, and a delectable salty and sweet peanut sauce. The lychee iced tea and cucumber salad are also delectable. The tea is very sweet and comes with two whole lychees inside. The cucumber salad has a classic sweet Thai chili sauce and pickled onion as well....

We found Happy Belly by simply Googling for lunch places and sorting by rating. We were stunned (at first) to find a 4.9 and it's a food truck? Mind expanded. Yes, a food truck can be a 4.9 when the food and service deserve it and this place delivers.
Portions are more-than-enough, sauces and flavors are perfect, the combinations are inventive and unique. GO HERE. GO NOW. GO OFTEN. We definitely plan to go back!
