Dissapointed with the food at the price point, especially with how good the other food options are on the island

Wonderful service, delicious food, some of the best food service and ambience on the island. The Wagyu lettuce wraps were so so good! And our waiter was the most nice and friendly person I wish I remembered her name. What a great team and such amazing food. Also, just wanted to give a shout out to TARA FRASQUILLO for going above and beyond.

The hotel is beautiful when arriving. When we approached the restaurant, I didn't expect it to be open air seating. I thought it was enclosed. We were greeted and seated quickly.

The spread of the brunch buffet is not as grand as other buffets. They have sections for breakfast items, local food items, raw fish, poke, sushi, dessert, and a carving station. The carving station was roast beef.

Of the dishes enjoyed were the roast beef, local dishes, and poke. The roast beef was cooked good but needed salt. The creamy horseradish sauce and ad jus added additional flavor but not the saltiness I needed. The char sui and mochiko chicken were also tasty. The tuna poke and spicy shrimp poke were also good.

As it was a nice day, it was enjoyable to be seated outside. It was not hot nor the sun blazing above. Our table overlook the swimming pool area. Our wait staff cleared and replaced our dirty dishes and cutlery. And refreshed our drinks when it was low.

Great service and enjoyed the food, the wagyu Sam and ahi katsu were both really delicious as well as the malasadas dessert. Recommend for a dinner date spot, and may need to reserve beforehand as it does get busy.

Loved this place for a nice dinner on our trip. Service was excellent and food was great. Loved the Kalbi saam which wasn’t reallyyyyy a saam, but it was an excellent, marinated wagyu steak lol

Two of us dined at Kō mid-week with a 7:15 p.m. reservation—the stunning Fairmont Kea Lani setting and elegant ambiance immediately impressed.

Our server Drew was outstanding, offering spot-on recommendations and swift service; the whole staff shone. We started with the charred inasal chicken skewers, binchotan grilled octopus, and pomegranate char siu lamb ribs—the octopus stood out as exceptional, while the others were solid but not mind-blowing. For mains, the Pop's Hawaiian-style beef cheek and poi stew delivered deep, incredible flavors (pro tip: dip the house-baked sweet rolls in that sauce), but the katsu-style ahi tuna felt bland even with the accompanying sauce.

Fantastic for a special evening out; I'd return for the beef cheek and top-notch vibe alone.

Such a wonderful dining experience at Kō Restaurant! The new menu was excellent and so beautifully executed.

Some of our favorites were the wagyu beef fried rice and steamed opakapaka with the tempura lobster tail. Both dishes were absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly.

Morgan was our server and she was so wonderful! Attentive, kind, and truly made the evening feel special. We felt so well taken care of.

Can’t wait to come back soon!!

I did tons of research on Maui’s fine dining scene, but the best meal of our trip happened by chance at Kō. We decided to go on a whim since we were staying at the hotel, and it exceeded every expectation. Misty provided excellent service, and the food was incredible—specifically the fried chicken (rivals anything I've had in the South) and the mind-blowing Filipino milk bread dessert.

Easily the best meal we had on our trip. The menu was inventive, original and paid homage to all of the cultures the melting pot of Hawaii represents. Having lived in Oahu for a decade, I can say that this is the best upscale local food I’ve had. Our server Christine was also superb! We’ll be back soon!

Ko is always our absolute favorite restaurant to go to when visiting Maui. We loved the Lavender Shrimp and the Pomegranate Lamb Ribs and Monchong fresh caught dinner.
Our dinner was enhanced by our wonderful server Drew! He was an expert in guiding us through the menu, always checking in to ensure we were happy with our selections and just adding to the experience! We can't wait to come back to Ko and Drew!

The entrée was overly salty after we specifically asked for it to be light salt. Additionally, the salad we ordered was missing several of the posted ingredients on the menu, and they substituted dressing without asking versus what was originally told to us by the serve server.

Dinner at Ko last night was exceptional! We were delighted to be served by our favorite server, and every detail was impeccable...from the beautifully prepared food to the attentive service and refined atmosphere. A consistently outstanding dining experience! Thanks Ko, our Hostess, Therese and our amazing server, Leanne❤️

KO was excellent The food was excellent as was the service. Only thing we would change was the Kalbi needs to be sliced much thinner so as to be able to put it in the lettuce leaf.
