My partner and I have been lucky enough to visit Kitoko twice in our time in Maui and both occasions have been outstanding.
Each plate has had a distinct presentation and beyond delicious flavor!
We had a misunderstanding on one of our orders for the daily special but the chef was extremely gracious and helped us out.
The care and friendly attitude of the staff and chef are refreshing.
Can't wait to visit some time soon in the future!

The tri tip steak was smoked and so good! Flavorful, juicy, smoky. Family favorite. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful over the phone and they even helped deliver the food when Hopper fell through! I would give 10 stars if I could for their kindness!

Chef Cole delivers delicious food, to be enjoyed in the great atmosphere surrounding his food truck. We had the Tomahawk steak and the Tri-tip. Both were cooked to perfection, juicy and full of smoky flavors. I can’t recommend it enough for a great meal in Maui!
I really wanted to like this place. The pictures and food look so good! But portions are really small for the price. Tried the shrimp and the lobster and it was nothing special. Wouldn’t recommend.

Accidentally found a food truck park, and it is such a hidden oasis! The food is non-typical with some fusion style. We tried some suggested dishes and some daily specials. All are really tasty!
