This was a wonderful experience during our time in Maui. The service was friendly and the atmosphere is warm and intimate. The sushi is exceptional and watching Chef Oku is a chance to watch madter craftsmanship. This is worth a stop for great sushi on the island.
My partner and I stopped by on our first night in Maui, the reviews looked fantastic! We are so happy we did, it was sooooo good. The service was great and the nigiri was INSANE. Oh Hawaii, your fish quality makes us want to cry tears of happiness! The tuna and hamachi nigiri are a must, the dynamite shrimp…and also get the gravy with a side of rice (will dream of this). Mahalo for the great dinner!
The uni was delicious and the Miso soup was so good that I could have finished several servings!
