“Edit: came back the next day and everything was even better this time. Try the sweet onion and mushroom gravy. Dellicious food made with great care. So happy to have finally found this spot, will definitely be my new Kihei go-to. We've tries the shrimp dynamite, hurricane chicken, chicken donburi and unagi maki roll. All excellent, this is becoming our favorite lunch spot on the entire island“

“We are staying in Kaanapali but we're looking for something extra special for my daughter's birthday. We did a deep dive on Reddit and found this gem! This was by far the best Sushi I've had (and my husband agreed it was better than Nobu). Great ambiance hidden in a strip mall. The chef told us they have a much bigger location nearby as well. This location was quaint and well-appointed and the service was top notch. Totally worth the drive for high end Sushi in an unassuming location away from mediocre resort food. “This is what the Nobu up the street should’ve been like. Yes it’s expensive but it’s a high end sushi place in the four seasons, that’s a given.
You go here because you want something fresh and incredible on your palate. This will satisfy that! Wish I could’ve stayed for dessert but didn’t have the time. Every roll or nigiri was out of this world.
The attention to detail in everything from the palate cleanser, to the food, to the soy sauce was incredible and noted. I will be back!“

The Food
• Carnitas Ramen: This is a total game-changer. The carnitas are tender, juicy, and packed with a deep, savory richness that elevates the entire bowl. It is easily one of the most flavorful fusion dishes I’ve ever had.
• Traditional White Ramen: For those who love the classics, the white ramen is perfection. The broth is creamy, soul-warming, and balanced exactly as a traditional tonkotsu-style base should be.
• Teriyaki Chicken & White Rice: Even the simpler dishes shine here. The teriyaki chicken is perfectly glazed and tender, paired with fluffy, pristine white rice that acts as the perfect canvas for the savory sauce.

“Spent an evening in Kihei from Lahaina, and stopped here for a bite to eat before a concert. The happy hour for locals lasts all day and night, they have great specials for food and drinks. Especially enjoyed our server Walter, he was awesome! Thank you for a great time“
