There was a large pallet right in the way of where you pay/pickup which was annoying. Got the cream cheese pretzel-delicious And a shaved ice with ice cream - amount of ice cream was negligible, and I had to ask for more flavoring as only a little bit of the top had syrup.

I ordered a mocha wao with 20% sugar, but this definitely didn’t taste like 20% sweetness. All I could taste was sugar and ice—there was basically no coffee or flavor. The staff also wasn’t very patient. Honestly, not worth the hype.

We live her full time and have sampled all the coffee purveyors and Kraken is the best on Maui. Love the new brick and mortar site in Wailea which is dog friendly.
