Customer service was disappointing. When I asked which coffee flavor they would recommend, the employee brushed me off with, ‘Whichever you choose is good.’ The tone felt rude and condescending. A little patience and friendliness would go a long way.

Our family went here and ended up here every afternoon on our trip. The ice cream is very creamy and smooth. The flavors are very good and perfect in a hot day. I highly recommend stopping by.

Bad coffee and even worse service, staff is careless and untrained, and the manager is a jerk who also obviously doesn’t care, which explains the lack of training. Don’t fall for the fake sweet trademarked smell they blow out to lure people in.

On my first visit, I had the Pineapple Cake and Ube Coconut. The pineapple cake was good but a little heavy for me. The Ube Coconut was creamy, rich, and full of flavor.
The second time, I got Ube Coconut again and tried the Pineapple Coconut, which ended up being the perfect combo.
Don’t skip the waffle cone. It’s freshly made, crispy, and adds the perfect touch.
Wish they had Lappert’s in LA. If you’re in Hawaii, this is a must-visit dessert spot.

Lappert's Hawaii has amazing ice cream, the Pineapple Cake flavor was especially good. Unfortunately, the service didn't match. The person scooping seemed frustrated and slammed the first cup down, which felt unwelcoming. His attitude stayed that way the whole time. Great ice cream, but the experience could be much better with friendlier service. Thankfully, my family didn’t pay him any mind but it definitely was noticed.

Overpriced with immature employees. Anticipated coming in for a nice coffee and a sundae only to be told that they didn't have vanilla. The most common flavor...the one flavor you should never be out of since it is used in so many items. Paid over $28 for a waffle cone, a banana with 2 scoops and a latte. Are you kidding me? After my wife and daughter got their ice cream and coffee I asked for the manager to lodge my complaint and as I was doing so, another (immature teenage) employee actually started laughing in my face. I wouldn't come back here if they were giving it away. Very unprofessional and way overpriced. I've had better experiences at Dairy Queen. It only gets the 1 star because it was clean.

Customer service is terrible, the waiter got so impatient with a simple question, and gave us attitude by pretending he had to take a deep breath to provide service to us. It was unbelievable how they treated customers. Ruined our travel experience in the mall. Ice cream is too sweet for us. Go somewhere else.
