Samples were limited to two per person due to the line, however the server was nice enough to let us try one more flavor since we were still undecided on a second flavor. The last sample - Kauai Pie - sealed the deal for a double. Otherwise, would’ve only went with a single scoop.
Final selection: Coconut Mac Nut & Kauai Pie. Nice, big scoops devoured immediately. I would go back for the Kauai Pie and hope to try more of their signature flavors on our next visit.

Walked a few steps and threw it in the trash, it was so bad. The coconut in mine was really stale and my buddy said the Mac nuts in his was stale. Sucks to pay a premium for something so bad. STRONGLY DISCOURAGED.

People go to an ice cream shop to feel happy. Unfortunately with the management working there, it will be hard. I feel bad for the staff because of the miserable manager that seems to have no problem being rude to customers.

Rude staff - particularly this worker. Witnessed this particular worker being extremely rude to a customer because their kids were being loud (they were just excited for some ice cream). We chose to not support a business who employs individuals like this

Quality ice cream that is worth every penny. Came here several times on our trip for the Kona Lava Java. One scoop on a regular waffle cone was a generous portion. Highly recommend Lappert's for their coffee and ice cream.
My go to spot for sweet treats when you’re out in Maui I definitely have never been disappointed on all the flavors that I’ve had here home run for sure

My coffee was delicious but unfortunately the service was awful. The girl at the counter making coffee was extremely rude, I had asked what she was making and she ever so rudely and with such displeasure to speak to me said “a waffle cone”. I won’t return to that energy.
