All vegan donuts, and all delicious! What more could you ask for?
I was expecting normal cake donuts (because that is often what you find when looking for a vegan donut), but these surprised me by being a yeasted-tasting dough! They dunk them in the icing of your choice to order, and the donuts were so warm and fresh tasting that I'm guessing maybe they have a donut fryer back there or something--how does all that fit in a little food stall thing? The donuts have a nice toothsome chew, a bit reminiscent of an old-fashioned donut with a fluffy yet denser texture, and old-fashioneds are my Dad's favorite donut, so if he was driving at the time, I know he'd have turned around to order more, LOL!
I hope they spread over to Oahu so I can get them when I come visit my parents! But we will for sure be back next time we find ourselves on Maui, these are great!

Researched this place via their website and was excited to see they offer gluten free on weekends - they are extremely hard to find.
Unfortunately, it’s not clear that you need to order ahead on the website. I’m not the only one who experienced this; they turned away five people in the ten minutes we were there.

Those were the best donuts I’ve ever had!! They’re freshly made and served hot🔥🔥. We couldn’t get enough and came back several times during our stay. The baker was a sunshine🌞. On our last day, when we had to leave, he even gifted us five donuts as a farewell treat. Such kindness made our visit even more special. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5

We stopped here on our last day in Maui. We ordered the Favorite Five. I enjoyed both churro donuts and the chocolate with macadamia nuts on top. The kids liked the sprinkles and Oreo topping donuts. They were fresh with a crunch. Worth a cheat meal!
Wow! These donuts are incredible. I think there were 2 days out of our trip where we didn’t visit Maui Ono Donuts, one of which they were closed.
These donuts are incredible. We started with the dozen, then hit up the favorite five, then started some customization. The glazed with macadamias is my favorite and my kids loved the Oreo donuts. We still talk about these donuts after our trip and joke how we would fly back just to scoop an order.
Oh, and all the donuts happen to be Vegan!

Very cakey vegan donuts, if you like cake donuts, you’ll love these. Visited on a morning weekday and the owner was shutting down early for a family emergency. We were so excited to get GF donuts but apparently you have to order those 24 hours in advance and they’re only available on Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Overall, our experience today was a little disappointing but the last box he was able to offer us was good. Also, because Starbucks shares the same parking lot, he can’t sell premium coffee😒

The donuts here were absolutely delicious. They make them fresh to order, so they come out warm, crisp on the outside, and light on the inside—simple and so satisfying. When I visited recently, they had a new blueberry flavor, which was just as good as their traditional menu items! It was a first time to have a chat with the owner and he was friendly.
These donuts are completely different from the ones you’d get at bigger places like Leonard’s on Oʻahu. The flavor and texture are on another level. If you're in the area, I definitely recommend stopping by.

Amazing donuts, perfectly crispy (even with the glaze) on the outside and soft on the inside. Quick friendly service, definitely a new go-to spot. They are on the pricey side but definitely worth it.
