Amazing experience and great food! Our server was super friendly and welcoming - and also accommodated all our food requests according to what we preferred. So thoughtful! He also recommended the strawberry cream pie and offered it complementary for our baby moon! Would definitely return :)
Food was very salty. And servers never came to check how the meal was and whether we were enjoying it or not? Only Mai Tai was good.
Nicest server ever! Great suggestions. Food was yummy, high marks for any fish prep there.
Food was okay but not great. Pizza was burned and forbidden rice was mush and broccolini was extremely salty.
The atmosphere was nice, I sat outside. Live music on the speakers and people talking, along with a roads all around the restaurant make for a pretty noisy dining experience, but it wasn't annoying or obnoxious - just not quiet. My server was amazing (julie(a)?) - she knew what was in everything! I ordered the shrimp & mushroom pot stickers, garlic truffle fries and the bulgogi pork tacos. The fries were great. Just, like all fries, they're only good hot and only good once. The pot stickers - were pretty good, I don't know if I'd order them again, but they were good. The horseradish/mustard dipping sauce with them was interesting. Definitely cleansed my palate - i have no idea if that's the point, or if it's just a preferred dipping sauce for these potstickers because there was also a teriyaki kind of sauce dripped all over them, the horse radish sauce and also a sauce that reminds me of chili-lime garlic sauce *this was the better one. The tacos were great, just a very strong soy sauce after taste... which i don't mind, i like soy sauce... but some people don't? I tried the strawberry cream pie, too. That was DELICIOUS. I wish there were more fresh strawberry slices on top, but damn, that was good. I also got a mushroom and truffle oil pizza & brought it home to eat tonight - so we'll see?
Can be noisy inside. Pick an outside table. Fish in the fish & chips was overdone, too crispy. Wasn't sure about the dark parts of the fish. Strawberry pie Ok. Very good mango sorbet.
The Mai Tais are to die for and the fish was absolutely outstanding. Service was great atmosphere is amazing. Live music. must go if you are in Maui.
We come here every time we're in Wailea. We'd just been to Monkeypod on Easter Sunday for what we'd hope was brunch but it turned out it was the same lunch menu. No matter the food was good. We returned to celebrated my husband's bday last night. Started out good. Good cocktails warm service. Had a few appetizers and a salad to start. Then the mains came. Seared Ahi solid as usual. Poke tacos were decent. Then the special fish of the evening sea bass with shrimp came. The fish was obviously burnt and they sat it in front of me anyway. When the waitress saw it she noticed it immediately and took it away for a fresh plate. We appreciated the swiftness to rectify the error but it should not have left the kitchen in that state. Please have someone inspect all plates leaving the kitchen to I sure they are presentable. I also don't know why they ask on open table if it's a special occasion as absolutely no mention by anyone though we heard happy birthday sung at other tables. It's in the details. Still a good restaurant but it you want to be elevated a little please pay more attention.
Service was fantastic. Very quick and attentive service. Highly recommended
This place is a tourist trap. Over priced, small portions and nothing tastes fresh.
The pizzas are the biggest let down, tasted like it was microwaved. Fish tacos tasted as if they came frozen, All of the cream pies come from factory and are not made in house.
I haven't been this disappointed by a restaurant in years.

Second time coming here, and it didn’t miss! Started off with the famous Mai tai and it was delicious (I’m not someone who likes Mai tais). I then ordered the macadamia nut crusted mahi…oh my goodness! This was so fresh, buttery, savory, and sweet at the same time. I then ended with the strawberry cream pie. Very very delicious. I finished it all my myself, but it was light enough that I didn’t feel super full. Will certainly keep coming back
Great place to hang out

Monkeypod was pretty good though I think a bit over rated.

Delicious food - great service and ambience . Worked out as a Perfect dinner spot for us. They have a farm to table concept so all items on the menu may not be available by end of the day but we were lucky as all that we wanted was available. We made a reservation and I strongly recommend that. We ordered the avocado cucumber salad ( please try this refreshing salad) , the taro ravioli was so delicious. The fish of the day was mahi mahi and it was perfect in Mediterranean style. My hubby tried the lamb chops and he loved it! We ended our meal with their dark chocolate cream pie soooo good.
Vegetarian options: They have a few vegetarian options for sure
