Oyster shooters, salmon karaage, baked Haleakala, unagi nigiri were just some of the food that my family and I ordered, I could have took more photos but after that first bite I didn’t get a chance to take more photos, they were soooo delicious! They also have happy hour so I ate a lot of sushi that night. 10/10 recommend this sushi place 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Definitely the BEST SUSHI on MAUI! Im addicted to the seafood dynamite and the Haleakala Roll with Baked Salmon and California Roll all rolled into one mouth watering excellent experience. With the Grand Opening they had 50%off on 12/8/24 and the line went around the building of Spectrum. It was the best experience with all kinds of prizes. The staff was so friendly and the owners Jerwin & JR Oao greeted all of us and came out from the Sushi Bar. The Lime Cilantro Salad was perfect with my sushi. Hot Green tea was delicious. They also had pog juice (passion,orange,guava)for the kids. The staff is super friendly and fun! They have a delicious lunch menu and the sushi so onolicious and FRESH. I’m coming back next week!
Wheelchair accessibility: Outdoor seating for wheelchair was perfect!
Son didn’t realize this was a good cart when he looked it up. He was nervous once he saw that it was but he did not end up disappointed! I tried some of his as well. They had great roll options. Some of the best sushi we have had!
Black mamba roll with creamy spicy sauce on the side (additional 0.50$) for the sauce. Yummyyy ! Would definitely go there again to try a different sushi.

Our friend Dennis took my husband and I to this amazing food truck when we visited Maui last month. Even our 1 year old boy was enjoying Unagi bowl we got.
Spicy Tuna Poke Bowl: Fresh tuna in a spicy marinade over seasoned sushi rice, topped with cucumber, avocado, and a soy drizzle. Flavor-packed and refreshing!
Unagi Bowl: Grilled eel glazed with a sweet-savory sauce on flavorful sushi rice, garnished with pickled ginger and scallions. Rich, smoky, and satisfying!

I wish that I had read the reviews on this place before we ordered. I was not pleased at all. We ordered the Loaded seafood roll, spicy tuna roll, and poke. The first thing I noticed was the rice used in all of their sushi and poke was not sushi rice. It was just regular white rice. The loaded roll was okay, but not for the price that was charged, considering there was no scallop on it. The poke bowl was not good at all. The fish did not look fresh, it looked brown and oxidized. It had an odd taste to it, and it was on top of white rice not sushi rice. We tried a few bites, and decided to just toss the rest instead of making a fuss. It costed quite a bit, so I was expecting it to be good. Maybe the restaurant would have been better? We were at the food truck. Just a bit bummed.
