The whole crew was so welcoming and loving! Wanted to tip their friendlyness and excellent customer service. There was no tip Jar and no CC added tips…Is it a company’s policy? Keep that crew…just wonderful. I hope they get paid well for their phenomenal efforts!

I ordered for delivery. I received my order on time. I ordered Kan Pao chicken and pepper beef. I was really disappointed. It looked like the food had been sitting in a stove for a really long time. Hardly any chicken and the beef tasted old. I won't order from there again.

Food is good at pandas but the one in Kihei has such terrible service, if you can call it that. I got so mad that I walked out. Even though I was starving. I couldn’t handle the blatant disrespect. Happened about 5:45pm the 2nd of September.

This review is regarding the supervisor named “Grace”. Grace is rude and incompetent. I placed an online order and added different sauces. She refused to give us the sauces we ordered, which were also printed on our receipt. She said she only gives the sauces if you order specific dishes with it. Are you serious? Panda Express does NOT have a contingency regarding ordering certain items ONLY if you order something else. She said we CANNOT have the teriyaki sauce we ordered because we don’t order teriyaki chicken. That’s like saying I can’t order sweet sour sauce from McDonald’s because I didn’t order chicken nuggets. It’s none of your business what sauces we eat with what foods, grace you discriminating greedy worker. Why would the app allow us to order it if we can’t receive it? I go to different fast food and willingly pay for different sauces to have them in stock in our pantry in case we forget them in the future (like 25 cents a sauce at McDonald’s, 24 cents a sauce at jack in the box). Panda Express online does not charge for sauce. If there is a fee, we’d gladly pay! $1 a packet? Sure! But to deny us our order? Are you serious?! Panda Express get rid of grace for she lacks any. What a shame to have a greedy, ignorant worker in charge at the Kīhei location. Replace this worker, she seems unqualified.
