The absolute best, most unique and most memorable thing I ate while visiting in Maui is the corn on the cob from Papio’s food truck.My partner and I have been vegetarian our whole lives so we’re always looking for the best vegan/veggie spots. All I have to say is WoW!! Best flavors I have ever tasted in Mexican style food, not to mention its all plant based/vegan. I have been back almost everyday on my stay in Maui and am always happy with that decision.
