Penny's entrance is located in the back of the building, but don't let this keep you from enjoying their delicious pizza. Inside, you will find open air seating with views of the ocean to watch the sunset.

Penny's Pizza and Pasta is an adorable open-air Italian restaurant that offers delicious dishes such as spaghetti and meatballs, Caeser salad, Bolognese, and lasagna. Customers praise the excellent service and the tasty Hawaiian pizza with a great cauliflower crust, even for breakfast. The gluten-free pizza crust is baked in a wood-fired oven, and the Chicken Parmesan is a standout dish, though some wish it was served on a plate with pasta on the side. The baked rigatoni is good, and the pesto is rich and strongly flavored. Mozzarella sticks are very good, but the garlic bread could use more garlic and salt. The restaurant features fast, covered outside dining with an ocean peek-a-boo view and friendly staff.
