Great food, very yummy. The margaritas tasted like nothing though, like a snow cone without the flavored syrup. Not even sure they had any alcohol in them? Nice staff and good place, pretty warm & humid inside, felt like outside.

We have been to Roasted Chili's a few times in the past but haven't been regulars. Recently we got word that they started a breakfast menu. This past Sunday we stopped in to try. The menu had plenty of options and the food was awesome. What shocked me was the service that we received. Everyone that worked there came by to check on us and made us feel like VIP customers. This customer service is not common these days. They all made us feel like we were home. If anybody is on the fence about visiting don't let another week go by without having a meal or two at Roasted Chili's. You guys are killing it and I hope you stay in business for many years to come. Mahalo Nui Loa for our breakfast.

Maui's hidden gem. The food was outstanding, only outdone by the incredible service. The waitstaff was so attentive and kind. The owner checking in a few times was a touch of class. The only downside was we were too full for dessert.

So sad, this was one of the best Mexican restaurants on the island, recently sold to a new owner, who once again destroys a company thinking he knows better. This restaurant is just a figment of what it once was. Terrible value, my fajitas had four small slices of meat. Our entire group was all disappointed as we had been long term customers driving from the other side of the island as we are local residents.

Server was imdifferent. Drinks were brought to the table trailing their contents on the floor, the menu and the table. So accidents happen, but to not even bother to clean up their mess is just not good. Food was mediocre at best and one dish came with wrong ingredients. Disappointing as previous meals here were tasty with good service. Not going back.
