We had stopped here on our way to Haleakalā for a snack we could enjoy at sunset. This did not disappoint! I love bao buns, hands down the Miso Trippy bun with mushroom and tofu was the best bao bun I have ever had in the states. We also got the Little Piggy with tofu. We would love to come back here!

Maybe I chose the wrong entree for this place but the tofu bowl was not good. Tofu tasted like it was from dehydrated? Weird spongy texture. Was also burned and the seasoning was not tasty. Expected better from 4.9 stars! Perhaps pork is the way to go here.

Don't know why I put off trying these guys out, but had a craving tonight and thought I should share my thoughts. Got the bao trio, 2 Uncle Philly and the Bao Chicka Bao Bao. Uncle Philly is on point!! Can't stop thinking about it. Bao Chicka Bao Bao had super tender lightly battered chicken with just a little heat. Will be back sooner than later. Mahalo!!

We found online while visiting Kihei and decided to visit for a late lunch. We ordered a trio of bags, including the little piggy, duck duck goat and bao chicken bao bao. All 3 were delicious. My favorite was the duck. The baos were soft, full of meat and other fillings. We also ordered the Aloha Tots which we liked even more. The tots were crispy and loaded with all the toppings. I kept eating them like it was addictive. The owner TJ was very nice, the service was quick. We'll probably stop by again before we leave the island. Definitely recommend. It's is an area behind a shopping center along with several other food trailers. Lots of parking. Covered picnic tables to enjoy the food on-site.

Had the buffalo chicken and steak and cheese bao- so good!!! Never had anything like it before, placed an order online and the food truck was a good vibe. Definitely one of the hidden gems of Maui!
