Best food truck on the Island by far. My wife and I came back 2 days in a row because of how much we loved it. Our favorites were the Kalua Pork, Shrimp, and Buffalo Chicken. We also ordered some tots and the fried bao buns for dessert which were equally as good. Service was great as well! We’ll definitely be coming back whenever we come back to visit Maui!

Hurricane tots for the win! I don't like tots normally, but my husband wanted to split a side. Wow. Glad we did. A flavour combination that dances in your mouth. Tots are crunchy and soft in perfect proportion. Is one of those meals where every ingredient belongs and pulls its weight, but a common cook (such as myself) would never think to combine. Do yourself a flavour. Eat here

This place was amazing! You can tell the food is cooked with love. The flavor is amazing and coconut shrimp bun was off the chain!
You need to visit this food truck while you are in Maui! Everything we had here was so good. My favorites were the Duck Bao bun and the honey garlic chicken bowl. We visited several times since it was so close to where we were staying. Definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our visit to this food truck. The wait was pretty lengthy for our order, even though it didn't necessarily seem busy. But the food was worth the wait. We enjoyed all of the bao buns we tried. I'd gladly visit again! Everything had a lot of flavor and was well-balanced.
